Manaslu Rupina la pass trekking is challenging trekking trial in Nepal. Rupina La pass is less touristy area of Nepal Himalayas lies on the Manaslu region. Rupinala pass trek was officially opened to tourist in 1991, but mountaineering expeditions have had long access to the area. In 1950 a party led by H.W. Tillman trekked from Thonje to Bimtang and col. Jimmy Roberts crossed the Larkya La looking for an interesting mountain to climb. Manaslu( 8163m) was attempted by Japanese Expeditions every year from 1952 until 1956 when the first ascent was made. Having become known as “Japanese Mountain” much of the information about the area was available in Japanese. The Japanese continued to dominate the climbing scene of Manaslu until 1971. A few trekkers including peripatetic Hugh Swift, Managed to obtain the trekking permit for the region but otherwise this trek always has been the domain of the mountaineering expedition. Manaslu Rupina la pass trekking is geographically spectacular and culturally fascinating circumnavigating Manaslu peak 29 (7871m) Himal Chuli (7893m) and Boudha (6672m). Mostly Manaslu Rupina la pass trekking trails cover with Tibetan culture .. Manaslu Rupina la pass trekking offer superb Himalayan scenery, Lush valleys, beautiful landscape, wild animals and birds,. We cross the Rupina-La (4520m) and descend to the Marshyangdi river and further trek down to Besisahar from where we will drive back to Kathmandu. |

Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu transfer to hotel.
Day 02 Rest days at Kathmandu for sightseeing and official procedure
Day 03 Drive from Kathmandu to Gorkha (1510m), overnight at hotel.
Day 04 Gorkha to Nibel (700m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 05 Nibel to Chanaute (650m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 06 Chanaute to Mandre Khola (1200m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 07 Mandre Khola to Barpak (1900m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 08 Barpak to Panga Chhahara (2110m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 09 Panga Chhahara to Bhendi Goth (2600m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 10 Bhendi to Rusi Camp (3100m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 11 Rusi Camp to Rupina La Phedi (base camp-1200m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 12 Rupina La Phedi to Jarang (3400m) after crossing Rupina La pass 4643m, overnight at camp.
Day 13 Rupina La Pass to Nyak (2350m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 14 Nyak to Ghap (2380m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 15 Ghap to Namrung (2550m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 16 Namrung to Lho (3180m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 17 Lho to Sama Gaon (Gompa-3350m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 18 Rest days at Sama Gaon for acclimatization (exploring Birendra Lake, monasteries), at camp.
Day 19 Sama Gaon to Samdo (3780m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 20 Samdo to Larkya La Phedi (Bazaar-4390m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 21 Larkya La Phedi to Bhimtang (3630m) after crossing Larkya La pass-5213m, at tented camp.
Day 22 Larkya La Pass to Tilje (2250m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 23 Tilje to Chyamje (1400m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 24 Chyamje to Bahundanda (1310m), overnight at tented camp.
Day 25 Bahundanda to Bensisahar (790m), overnight at hotel.
Day 26 Drive from Bensisahar to Kathmandu, overnight at hotel.
Day 27 Leisure Rest days at Kathmandu.
Day 28 Departure your destination.
