Non Tourists Aria Milke Danda Trekking Milke Dada
Trekking is
long and high forest ridge that divides the Arun and Tamur valley in the
eastern
Nepal . We can start Milke dada Trekking from Basantapur or Tumlingtar
and make
a trek about 7 – 14 days up this ridge, which offers views of Makalu
(8463m) to
the west and Kanchenjunga(8586m world’s third highest peak) to the east.
The
Milke Danda ridge eventually ends in some high peaks, so we have to
retrace our
route back down Chainpur and ending the trek at Tumlingtar or
Basantapur. There
are huge forests of rhododendrons along the ridge. Specially Milke Danda
is the
popular area in Nepal , where we can see many different kind of flowers
including the Nepal ’s national flower rhododendrons. Have a trek in
spring and
you can get attractive prospect.

Day 1: Arrival & transfer to hotel.
Day 2: Prepare for trekking
Day 3: Kathmandu – Tumlingtar by flight
Day 4: Tumlingtar – Phapung
Day 5: Phapung -Chainpur
Day 6: Chainpur-Jaljala
Day 7: Jaljala – Bhalukhop
Day 8: Bhalukhop – Milke Danda
Day 9: Milke Danda excursion and to see the beautiful views of Mt.
Kanchanjung
and Mt. Makalu
Day 10: Milke Danda – Down hill to Mayuan
Day 11: Mayam – Chainpur
Day 12: Chainpur- Tumlingtar
Day 13: Tumligtar – Kathmandu by flight.
Day 14: Free day in Kathmandu o/n hotel
Day 15: Transfer to airport for on wards destination.
